Extraordinary Trekking to the holy places of Mt. Kailash and Mansarovar Lake.

Few mountains in the world rival the beauty and grandeur of Mt. Kailash in Tibet (China), the famous holy peak for some of the major religions in the world. The Hindus see it as the domain of Lord Shiva and for the Tantric cycle of Tibetan Buddhism as well as for the Jains the Mountain is a place of gods.

Below Mt. Kailash the sacred Lake Mansarovar is laid out, where ritual baths will deliber a pilgrim into Brahma´s paradise and a drink relinquishes the sins of a hundred lifetimes.

Fly Kathmandu to Nepalganj O/N Hotel

Day 2
Fly to Simikot and trek to Dharapari & Camp (2400m/4hrs Walk)

Day 3
Trek to Kermi & Camp (2800m/5hrs Walk) Hotsprings.

Day 4
Trek to Yalbang & Camp (2900m/6hrs Walk) Visit Yalbang Monastery.

Day 5
Trek to Tumkot & Camp (2950m/6hrs Walk)

Day 6
Trek to Thado Dhunga & Camp (4100m/7hrs Walk)

Day 7
Acclamatize in Thado Dhunga

Day 8
Trek over Nara Pass (4500m) and drive to Purang (3775m) O/N GH

Day 9
Drive to Chiu Monastery at Manasarovar Lake (4550m). Camp

Day 10
Explore Mansarovar Lake & take bath in the Hot Springs. Camp

Day 11
Drive to Darchen (Foot of Mt. Kailash) (4600m) O/N GH

Day 12
Trek to Dira Phuk Gompa (5000m/4hrs) Camp.

Day 13
Trek over Dorima La Pass (5630m/7hrs) camp at Khando.

Day 14
Trek to Darchen and drive to Ngari Phuntshom (4500m) Camp.

Day 15
Drive to Saga. O/N GH

Day 16
Drive to Lhatse. O/N GH

Day 17
Drive to Shigatse (3900m). Sightseeing O/N Hotel.

Day 18
Drive to Gyantse (3950m). Sightseeing O/N Hotel.

Day 19
Drive to Lhasa (3650m). Sightseeing O/N Hotel.

Day 20
Lhasa: Depong and Sera Monasery. O/N Hotel.

Day 21
Lhasa: Potala Palace, Norbulinga, and Jokhang. O/N Hotel.

Day 22
Drive to Namtsho Lake and O/N GH.

Day 23
Explore Namtsho Lake and drive back to Lhasa.

Day 24
Drive to Lhasa Airport, depart for Kathmandu.
